1. General Conditions

The Zalando Outlet Card is an offer from:

2. Requirements For Participation

a. All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
b. The prerequisite for participation is a completed online registration, which can be made at home or directly in an outlet store. For this purpose, the following data must be provided:

1. E-mail address
2. First name, last name
3. Street, number
4. D-postal code
5. Place
6. Store selection
7. Gender

c. Only one participation in the Zalando Outlet Card Programme can be concluded per customer

3. Conclusion Of Contract For New Customers Of The Zalando Outlet Card

a. By clicking on the “Register now” button, you are making a binding offer to participate in the Zalando Outlet Card. We will confirm receipt of your offer by email no later than one day after you click on the button (“confirmation e-mail”). A binding contract is concluded when the Zalando Outlet Card is handed over, which constitutes acceptance of your offer.

b. When the contract of participation comes into effect, your contractual partner is Zalando Stores GmbH & Co. KG. We conclude contracts on participation in the Zalando Outlet Card Programme exclusively in German.

4. Conclusion Of Contract For Existing Customers Of The Zalando Outlet Card

a. A participation contract already exists with customers who already have a Zalando Outlet Card. You will be informed of the new Zalando Outlet Card by e-mail. When you collect your new Zalando Outlet Card from the store, you will be able to use the new benefits (see section 5).

b. The participation contract for the use of the Zalando Outlet Card and the associated benefits of use also exist for those Zalando Outlet Cards that have already been issued and are identified with Zalando Outlet GmbH as the issuer.

5. Advantages Of The Zalando Outlet Card

The Zalando Outlet Card entitles you to shop in our Outlet Stores.

a. The Zalando Outlet Card entitles you to shop in our Outlet Stores.

b. Points can be collected for every purchase made in one of our Outlet Stores. Details can be found under section 6.

c. In addition, further Outlet Points may be credited in the event of special promotions You will be informed of these special promotions, where requested, by email or via the Zalando Outlet website, available at www.zalando-outlet.de. d. Based on your recent purchases, you may receive offers that may be of interest to you.

6. Collecting Points

a. In the future, as a participant, you will be able to collect points for each of your purchases in our Outlet Stores.

b. The exact start date for the opportunity to collect points is subject to our discretion and will be communicated to you by email. In addition, you will receive this information personally from our staff on site in the Outlet Stores.

c. To collect points, the Zalando Outlet Card must be presented with each purchase. Points are collected by crediting the cardholder’s points account. For every full euro of your completed purchase, one point will be credited to your points account.

d. When items are returned, the associated points already credited will be removed from the associated points account.

e. Your Zalando Outlet Card is non-transferable. You can only earn points for purchases where you present your own Zalando Outlet Card.

f. A maximum of 800 points can be collected per year.

g. You can find out your current points balance by calling our customer service or directly at the Outlet Store.

7. Redeeming Points

a. After the expiry of one year from the start of the Zalando Outet Card programme (for more details, see section 6b), your collected points or the associated credit can be redeemed. You will be informed of this and of the number of points achieved by e-mail.

b. Points can be redeemed for a purchase value of at least 200 points.

c. To redeem the collected points, the existing balance is converted into vouchers. The amount of the voucher is determined exclusively and finally as follows:

• A credit in the amount of 200 points corresponds to a voucher in the amount of 5 euros
• A credit in the amount of 400 points corresponds to a voucher in the amount of 10 euros
• A credit of at least 600 points corresponds to a voucher of 15 euros
• A credit of at least 800 points corresponds to a voucher of 20 euros

d. The issuance of further vouchers deviating from the vouchers under section 7c is excluded.

e. You will receive the voucher by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided during registration.

f. After conversion of the points and sending of the voucher, the points balance will be set to “zero”; a transfer of the collected points to the following year is excluded.

g. The voucher is exclusively redeemable for your on-site purchase in one of our Outlet Stores. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of delivery by e-mail.

h. The payment of cash against redemption of the voucher is excluded.

i. Points not redeemed will expire and will not be carried over to the following year.

8. Term And Termination Of Participation

a. The participation contract is concluded for an indefinite period. It may be terminated at any time by you or us. The period of notice is one month for you and at least three months for us. Compliance with „text form“ according to § 126b BGB (email to info@zalando-outlet.de) is sufficient for a termination.

b. The right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected.

c. After the termination takes effect, it is no longer possible to collect or continue to use the benefits of the Zalando Outlet Card.

9. Changes To Your Contact Details

10. Miscellaneous

a. We reserve the right to close the participant’s points account in the event of abusive behaviour, to delete the abusively acquired points and to refuse their conversion and redemption:

We reserve the right to make changes or additions to these Terms and Conditions of Participation as well as to the procedures and provisions described herein for the collection and redemption of points, insofar as this appears necessary and the participant is not disadvantaged by this in good faith. Corresponding amendments and supplements to these Terms and Conditions of Participation will be announced in text form: The change shall be deemed approved if the participant does not object within a period of four weeks after receipt of the notification of the change or addition. This consequence will be expressly pointed out again when the changes are announced. If the participant objects to such a change or addition, we are entitled to extraordinary termination.

c. You can view these Terms and Conditions of Participation at www.zalando-outlet.de. You can also download and archive these Terms and Conditions of Participation in PDF form by clicking. d. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find under the link to the platform of the European Commission. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
